Last but not least is Star Wars: The Ultimate Digital Collection, which will offer the six original soundtracks as "high-definition downloads" for the first time. Whether that will equal CD-quality or high-resolution audio remains to be seen.
Those 1997 repackagings with the Drew Struzan poster art appear to be exceptionally rare, and I couldn't find ANY for sale on Ebay using various combinations of 'star wars' and the titles of the three films. Does anyone have any information on them, or maybe even own them?
the recommended cd is comprehension but has awful sound quality - bright, thin, harshit hurts the ears !for best sound quality the best is still the rca classic film scores release of star wars and close encounters music.
