In an effort to better protect and serve the community during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Belleville Police Department will now accept some police reports online. Minor incidents can be reported through the Township website at If further information is required or the incident does not qualify for online reporting, an officer will contact the complainant to follow up. Emotions Matter was created by a network of families and individuals affected by borderline personality disorder (BPD) who have united around the mission of improving social connection, awareness and health care systems for those with BPD.
