The movie starts with Karan (played by Sachin) as the story's protagonist. He is haunted by the ghost of his dead friend Sameer (Vivan). While taking Karan's body, he goes on killing a lot of people.
However, Karan kills himself in Sameer's grave to save her love Ahana (played by Nargis). When Sameer died, there was an injury mark left on Karan's chest, which was the only way for Sameer's spirit to be in his body. The movie ends with announcing the film's sequel by showing the same injured mark on Ahana's hand.
Many people have enjoyed the movie and every thrilling scene in the Amavas movie. One could see and connect the story with many twists and suspense near the conclusion. Overall, in its opening week, the Amavas movie has collected over rupees 30 million net pan India.
